Job Description:

Archer Screw Products is seeking a skilled Machine Header to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining screw machines, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. The Machine Header will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate screw machines to produce parts to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience operating and maintaining screw machines
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
